All selections are typed up onto a quote / selections schedule with your in-house plumbing consultant and then sent through to your builder / plumber.Electrical Plans (Lighting + Power) are done through the ''Beacon Lighting Design Studio'' using Stage Avenue's client referral code (this consult is free of charge using this referral code) All lighting options and powerpoints are added to your blank electrical plan and then sent through to your builder / electrician.

Step 1 | Furniture Curation & Mood Boards
Stage Avenue will carefully curate a selection of furniture, rugs, décor and artwork from our extensive database of trusted suppliers and retailers across Perth. These selections are thoughtfully pieced together into personalised mood boards, which are refined in collaboration with you until we achieve a cohesive look that reflects your style and vision.
Step 2 | 3D Room Visuals
Once the mood boards are finalised, a realistic 3D visual of each space is created, bringing your selections to life. These visuals allow you to see how the furniture, colours, textures and décor work together, providing a clear picture of how each room will look once furnished and styled.
Step 3 | Detailed Shopping Guide
A comprehensive shopping guide is then prepared, outlining all selected furniture, rugs, décor and artwork, complete with product details, supplier information and purchasing links. This allows you to purchase items at your own pace, manage your budget and coordinate deliveries directly to your home, making the entire furnishing process simple, flexible and stress-free.
